Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• The information provided is complete and accurate
• You are authorised to use the selected payment method
• You have reviewed the product details and delivery information
• You are legally capable of entering into the purchase

After an order is placed, you may receive an automated acknowledgement. This acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we confirm it, begin preparing it or dispatch it, whichever occurs first.

Order Verification

We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to confirm an order, delivery address, payment or product details.

If we cannot verify the information provided, we may place the order on hold or cancel it. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate telephone number, email address and delivery location.

Payments

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout or communicated when an order is placed.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. Payment processing may be handled by third-party financial or payment-service providers and may be subject to their separate terms.

We are not responsible for delays caused by a bank, payment processor or incorrect payment information, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate your request, but an order may not be changed or cancelled after it has entered preparation, customisation, packaging or dispatch.

Bloomers may cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable
• Payment is unsuccessful or unauthorised
• Order or delivery information cannot be verified
• A pricing or product-listing error has occurred
• The order appears fraudulent or unlawful
• Delivery to the provided location is unavailable

Where appropriate, amounts already paid for cancelled items will be refunded using the available method.

Delivery

We deliver to supported locations within Pakistan through our delivery partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of:

• The customer’s location
• Product availability or preparation requirements
• Courier operations
• Weather, road closures or public holidays
• Events beyond our reasonable control

A delay does not automatically entitle a customer to compensation or cancellation where the delay is outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Customers must provide a complete and accessible delivery address and remain available through the telephone number supplied.

Failed or Refused Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable or the parcel is refused without an approved reason, additional delivery charges may apply before the order is sent again.

Repeated delivery attempts are subject to the courier’s procedures and availability.

Receiving and Inspecting an Order

Please inspect your parcel promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs or video of the parcel and product
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the packaging and delivery label

Please keep the original product and packaging while we review your request. Do not use, alter or repair a product that you intend to return.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our separate Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Products should generally be returned unused, unaltered and in their original condition and packaging, subject to the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

Eligibility may be affected where:

• A product has been used, damaged or altered after delivery
• Original packaging or included parts are missing
• Damage results from misuse or improper handling
• The product was customised or prepared specifically for the customer
• The request is made outside the period stated in our Refund and Returns Policy

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Fragile and Handcrafted Products

Planters, vases and décor pieces may be fragile. Customers should follow any care, handling and placement instructions provided with the product or on our website.

Bloomers is not responsible for damage caused after delivery by:

• Dropping, impact or improper transportation
• Incorrect installation or placement
• Excessive weight or pressure
• Exposure to unsuitable weather or temperatures
• Harsh chemicals or unsuitable cleaning products
• Use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose

This clause does not apply to damage that existed when the product was delivered.

Artificial Plants and Flowers

Unless expressly described otherwise, artificial plants and flowers are decorative products and do not require watering.

Customers should keep them away from open flames, excessive heat and unsuitable outdoor conditions unless the product is specifically described as suitable for outdoor use.

Colour fading, dust accumulation or wear caused by prolonged exposure, improper cleaning or environmental conditions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Custom and Commercial Orders

Custom floral arrangements, large planter orders, commercial décor projects and specially sourced products may be subject to additional written terms, deposits, design approvals and production schedules.

Customised or specially prepared products may not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange after work has begun, except where they are damaged, defective, materially different from the approved specification or otherwise covered by applicable law.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, sale prices and discount offers:

• Apply only during the stated promotional period
• May be limited to selected products
• Are subject to availability
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• May not be combined unless expressly stated
• May be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed

Where no promotional code is required, the discount will be reflected in the displayed price or cart.

Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for activities carried out through your account.

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or close an account that contains false information, is used fraudulently or violates these Terms.

Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:

• It reflects your genuine experience
• It does not violate another person’s rights
• It is not unlawful, abusive, misleading or defamatory
• You have permission to share any included images or information

We may moderate or remove content that violates these requirements. We will not remove a genuine review solely because it is critical.

Intellectual Property

The website and its content including the Bloomers name, branding, product photographs, graphics, text, layouts and designs belong to Bloomers or are used with permission.

Customers remain responsible for using, handling and placing products safely and according to their intended purpose.

Events Beyond Our Control

Bloomers will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruption, courier delays, strikes, government restrictions, internet failures or other emergencies.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and keep affected customers informed where practical.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our website, products, services, policies or applicable requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. The Terms applying to an order are generally those in effect when the order is placed.
